The facility is clean and staff members are attentive. The music was fun and upbeat, keeping the energy up as the children bounced around. The kids were separated by size for the various activities which is nice for families. There was a break area with snack vending machines, free shoe racks, and coin-operated lockers.

The foam pit is a popular attraction and was a big hit with the younger kids. Other attractions include the large main court for open jumping, a court for kids 5 and under, and a court for Ultimate Dodgeball, SkySlam, and SkyRobics.
